At Butter Bell, we want you to enjoy perfectly spreadable butter every day; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack Securely

Carefully wrap your Butter Bell crock in its original box and protective padding to ensure it arrives safely back at our warehouse without damage.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
